ORDERS AND SHIPPING

How do I update my order?

​

Orders are fulfilled within 48-72 business hours.

Please email Info@dreamincolorcandleco.com and we will do our best to accommodate all order changes. There is no guarantee once orders are placed.

 

 

 

How do I track my order?

 

To view tracking information for your order, please refer to your email received by Dream In Color Candle Co. There you will find the tracking number for your order. You will receive this email once your order ships.

 

 

I entered the incorrect shipping address.

 

Please review your order to ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address.

Depending on the timing of your order being fulfilled we may be able to catch it. Please email Info@dreamincolorcandleco.com as soon as possible in the event this happens.

 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

 

We do not accept cancellations. If you must cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at Info@dreamincolorcandleco.com. Your cancellation will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

When do you ship?

 

We ship Monday- Thurs in order to ensure your items are not sitting anywhere overnight in transit.

 

 

Where do you ship?

 

Currently, we ship in the United States only.

My candle arrived broken

 

 

We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage does occur in transit. If this has happened, within 7 days of receiving your order, please send us an email at Info@dreamincolorcandleco.com with the following:

  • Photos of the packaging and candle

  • Quantity of broken candle(s) as well as the order number (ex. #9999) and we will send a replacement ASAP.

What if I cannot make it the day, I arranged pickup?

​

Local pickup orders are monitored daily. If you cannot make it or you are running late, do not worry. Please email us with your order number and we will be able to accommodate.

 

 

 

How does local pickup work?

 

Local pickup is offered in Owings Mills, Md. Address is provided upon checkout.

**We offer local pickup Monday and Wednesday's from 6pm until 8pm***

This option is free and can be selected at checkout. Please keep in mind that orders take typically 48-72 business hours to be processed before your order will be ready for collection. Last minute orders can be accommodated if you reach out the same day your ordered is placed. Please do not select Local Pickup if you do not plan on collecting your order. An invoice for postage will be provided for those who do not collect or plan to collect their items.
